Mykal’s MC — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the Mykal’s MC website, store, or Minecraft services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

These Terms apply to:

  • Any related features, forums, support channels, and connected Minecraft servers

Minecraft® and Mojang Studios are not affiliated with Mykal’s MC.

When creating an account on the store or website, you agree to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. In-Game Products & Digital Items

The store provides digital, non-physical items, including:

  • Ranks

  • Crate keys

  • Cosmetics

  • Server perks

  • Other virtual goods

All items are virtual and have no real-world monetary value.

Availability, pricing, and features may change at any time.

6. Payments

By making a purchase, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

  • All payment information provided is accurate

  • All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise

  • Taxes may apply depending on your region

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and refuse or cancel transactions when necessary.

7. Refund Policy

Because digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be revoked, we do not offer refunds for:

  • User error

Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in a permanent ban from the Services.

8. Server Rules & Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Break any posted server rules

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems

  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or loopholes

  • Harass staff or other players

  • Upload harmful software

  • Attempt to bypass in-game punishments

Failure to follow rules may result in removal of privileges, item loss, or permanent bans without refund.

9. Website & Store Conduct

You may not:

  • Scrape or collect data from the website

  • Use bots, scripts, or automation

  • Attempt to disrupt or overload our systems

  • Post unlawful, abusive, threatening, or harmful content

10. User-Generated Content

If you post or submit content (comments, forum posts, suggestions, etc.), you grant Mykal’s MC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and modify that content.

You must only submit content you have the rights to.

11. Modifications & Downtime

We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including:

  • The website

  • The store

  • In-game perks

  • Server worlds

  • Ranks or features

Server downtime or changes do not qualify for refunds.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding:

  • 24/7 uptime

  • Uninterrupted server performance

  • Bug-free gameplay

  • Compatibility with all devices or mods

You use the Services at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mykal’s MC is not liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Loss of virtual items

  • In-game progress loss

  • Server resets

  • Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Services

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Services.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mykal’s MC, its owners, staff, and partners from any claims, damages, or liability resulting from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.

Any dispute must be handled in New Mexico courts unless otherwise required by law.
